I recently dove into buying a wheelchair for my husband after his diagnosis. I did my homework online about the product and the company, but I still had some questions, so I decided to give Customer Service a call. From the get-go, Lucy was incredibly helpful and understanding. She even consulted with a Product Manager to clear up my concerns, and I ended up ordering a different chair than I initially planned. It arrived in less than 24 hours and fits his needs perfectly. Overall, it was a really great experience, thanks to Lucy's outstanding support. Plus, I saved £100 compared to a local store!

I found the same shower seat for £20 less on a different website. It was pretty straightforward to put together after I figured out that the screws were a bit different in size! I haven't had a chance to test the chair yet, but it seems solid, so I'm eager to hear what Mum thinks. The company's communication was on point.

Thanks to the utter negligence of a courier service, the wheelchair I ordered from Mobility2you showed up in a terrible state (both front wheels completely broken!). This happened just 4 days ahead of Christmas.

I reached out to Lucy and Jane in customer service to explain the situation, mentioning my disappointment since I had planned to use the chair to take my mom to Midnight Mass, which was only 3 days away.

They were incredibly supportive and, against all odds, managed to get me a replacement wheelchair that arrived just in time for Christmas Eve!

I got my wheelchair and it was awesome, but sadly it didn’t fit me right. Luckily, my father-in-law wanted it, so I didn’t need to return it. I was really happy that they offered a refund and even said they’d send someone to pick it up for a fee, which seemed fair to me.

I was really blown away by the service I got. A friend suggested I pick up a mobility trolley. That very day, I discovered that this company (which I hadn’t heard of before) had the lowest price for a product from a brand I recognized and trusted. They offered free shipping, but nobody mentioned it would arrive the next day! It showed up and was ready to use in just a bit over 24 hours. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.
